  • Who should I contact when I have questions about the community?
    Residents can contact the dedicated management team at Crest Management with any questions about the community. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm . Front Desk: 281-579-0761 / crest-management.com.

  • What is the annual assessment and when is it due?
    The annual assessment is $1,150 per lot. (Note: The gated patio home section pays an additional fee of $450 per lot for private street, gate and landscape maintenance). The assessment is due on January 1st of each year and is delinquent if not paid by January 31st. Please contact Hannah Smith at Crest Management (281-945-4671) if you have any questions about the assessment or your options for payment. 
  • How do I get my mailbox keys?
    Bring your survey or closing paperwork (with address and section/lot/number) to the Katy Annex Post Office. New residents may pick up 3 (duplicate) mailbox keys at no charge. If these are lost, the replacement fee is $50 for an additional set of 3 keys. Mail service will begin once you pick up your keys from the Post Office.

  • How do I get my access card for the amenities (fitness center, pool etc.)?
    New residents receive 2 free access cards. Please download and complete the Access Card Order Form and required Waiver. Email the completed forms to Melanie.Kennedy@crest-management.com or fax to 581-579-7062.
  • What are the hours for the Amenity Center (Fitness Center, Game Room, etc.)?
    The hours are 4am - 11pm for the resident/amenity side of Elyson House. All residents must leave this side of the building by 11:15pm as the security alarm will automatically set at that time. 
  • What are the trash/recycle pick-up days?
    Call Best Trash at 281-347-1150 to start service after closing. They will deliver the large trash and recycle cans within about 1 week. Trash days are Mondays and Thursdays. Heavy trash is allowed on both days with no more than 2 big pieces left at the curb. Recycle days are Mondays. In the event collection falls on a holiday, collection will be postponed until the next collection day (not the next business day).
