Owners may rent the Pecan (meeting) Room, Elyson House Event Lawn, Elyson House Patio, Lakeside Landing Community Center & Upper Patio, and Lakeside Landing Lower Patio. These facilities will still be available on a first come first serve basis provided that they are not rented or being used for a community event.
