The community consists of a Board of Directors who is responsible for the consistency of individual residential property and the aesthetics within the community, as governed by the by-laws.

Cohere Homeowner Portal, Cohere does have a homeowner portal where owners may see their association account detail, make a one-time payment, print a statement, and set up ACH. All owners will need to email connect@coherelife.com to set up their access before logging into the portal at https://dmbcl.vmsclientonline.com. Please include your name, address, and community (Elyson) when emailing a log-in request.

The Elyson House Pool is swim at your own risk year-round 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM. The pool is closed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM for cleaning. There is a gate attendant on duty from May to September.
